Kippa-Ring a suburb to watch.

Kippa -Ring is undergoing a major transformation and David Teasdale says it’s a suburb worth keeping a close eye on.

Details today of the $60 Million shopping centre construction project reveal that Kippa-Ring has a strong future as a focal hub of retail on the Peninsula.

The 12,500 sqm development includes a new Woolworths Supermarket and approximately 35 specialty stores.  There is little doubt that this location will over convenience, easy access and add value to the community.

The supermarket development is just one of many projects taking place in Kippa-Ring.  Most notably Kippa-Ring will be the end of the line of the Moreton Bay Rail Link a 12 km rail extension to the Petrie to Brisbane rail line.  That project coming in at just over $1 Billion dollars and will provide a much needed transport link in one of the fastest growing regions in the country.
